# Ensor

> Ensor is a free BYOK (bring your own API key) AI chat app for iPhone that works with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, DeepSeek, OpenRouter and any OpenAI-compatible API — with no Ensor account and no Ensor server.

Use your own API key on iPhone. Ensor turns each prompt into an AI contact with its own name, model and system prompt. Chats stay on your iPhone; requests go directly to the provider you choose.

- Universal system prompts: shared notes about the user that each AI contact can opt into.
- Input: text, images and PDFs (up to 5 attachments per message, 20 MB each) on supported providers.
- Other: streaming replies, stop, copy, edit and regenerate, Markdown rendering, per-AI token usage chart, light/dark appearance, JSON export/import of settings and chats (keys never exported).
